一、特点：该除渣器为最新的四代除渣器，经历了一二三代的改良，使得该除渣器除渣效果更好，使用寿命更长。

二、从材料上，越来越多的易磨损部位更换为工业陶瓷，使得使用寿命大大提高，减少了停机检修时间，提高了效率。进浆部分采用新型的设计，使得浆料在进浆头产生稳定的加速度。纤维稳定的进入除渣器主体，不产生任何混流，延长的顶部设计将动能传递到良浆压力，因此无需很高的进浆压力，节省了能耗，减少运行成本。螺旋部分为陶瓷一次成型，阻力小，耐磨性好。
